HEAT ENGINES

Under this definition, mainly the industrial heat generators are identified, such as:

  • - steam boilers with saturated or superheated vapour, complete with high-yield thermal regenerators:
  • pipe coil boiler – with exemption from obligation of certified management, capacity up to 3000 kg/h
  • fire-tube boilers – with apparatuses with 72h exoneration kit, power up to 10 ton/h
  • water-tube boilers – for great working capacities and high pressure
  • - boilers for superheated water
  • pipe coil – with exemption from obligation of certified management, capacity up to 1,800.000
  • fire-tube - with apparatuses with 72h exoneration kit, capacity up to 6.000.000 Kcal/h
  • water-tube - for great working capacities and high pressure

- diathermal oil boilerscomplete with high-yield heat regenerators. Temperatures up to 350°C, operating both in PED areas and exempt areas:

  • pipe coil – with exemption from obligation of certified management
  • multi-tube – for great working capacities 

- heat-recovery boilers - to re-use the heat from smokestack fumes, gas turbines, prime movers, boilers in general

- electric boilers – to produce steam, superheated water and diathermal oil, of small, medium and large capacities: from a few KW to 500 KW and over for steam and diathermal oil

 

Industrial heat generators may be equipped with burners for fossil fuels like methane gas and naphtha, or with special systems for agricultural crop-based and wood-based biomasses. Each generator can be equipped with specific devices for heat recovery such as Economizers or Air Pre-heaters, as well as all the instruments required by law that are necessary for operation and management.

Other heat engines:

  • pre-fabricated units for force and reulation of diathermal fluids and/or superheated water;
  • units for regulation of temperature, pressure, monitoring for diathermal fluids, vapour, methane gas;
  • units for pressure reduction, de-superheaters;
  • heat-exchanger units complete with controls and safety instruments;
  • process pumps for coolers, air-coolers and dehumidifying units;
  • shut-off valve units and regulating units for vapour, hot water, superheated water and diathermal oils;

pneumatic, electrical and wireless regulating systems.
